It's so annoying that they didn't make a season 2 because there was so much potential giving into his past and exploring their relationship. Tomoe and nanaimi got married in kamisama kiss and tha TV was the perfect ending they should have done the same thing for this .

Usui’s story is so tragic 😭. In my imagination, I will make Usui reunite with his dad😢. Usui has led a very lonely life, though I am happy Misaki is living a high flying life, I wish they had hinted that she managed to balance both work and life. I don’t want Usui to wait months on end just to meet Misaki🙁, though with his character he would gladly wait for her without complaint, I hope Misaki consciously spends time with Usui as much as she can despite her career. Thank you for this quick brief about how the manga wrapped up, it was very helpful.

I think Yuu is the most sad (victim) person here... He can't be with the woman he likes, witnesses her getting married to someone else and give birth to a child while he serves by their side but still enough for his life to go by, but suddenly finds out now he can't even be by her side anymore cuz she'll die soon, gives in to (*his beloved*) a dieing person's wish and commits the deed he knows is irreversible, suddenly that beloved woman disappears somewhere without any notice *even to him*, months later he finds she died giving birth to his child and he couldn't even see her at her last moments cuz she wanted to protect their child, (he blames himself for her early death), Everyone around him condemns him, blames him, He's forced to leave his job, didn't even get to see his child cuz he was told not to let anyone know about their affair Spends the rest of his life alone (*maybe he saw usui takumi in stealth*) Knows his son is getting married but still connot be by his side . . . Dammit!!! Even that old geezer gets to live a full-filling life and he gets nothing!!! Its not fair at ALL!!!

I read that this show wasn't received as well as hoped .. the producers won't talk about S2 and I don't think it's been completed. One person we might ask is the American voice actors. If they know anything, they might tell us. Apparently seeing as the Manga is finished, there is nothing more to do. There would be no money to be made from it apparently. I disagree. I am sure that perhaps a mini series to complete what happened in a pay per view might be successful

Actually Patricia `Walker’ was her surname after Marriage to Edward walker. Whereas she belonged to the *Rachester Family* which is obviously her fathers side and * Usui* her mother’s. Her mother’s cousin brother Mr usui raised Usui in secrecy hence his surname. Patricia cut her hair shorter and she had a weak body like her mother and the same illness as her, in which Gerald Walker ( Usui’s half brother)also inherited. Also I’d like to add the most imp thing again Patricia was the daughter of an English Duke named Richard Rachester and a Japanese mother from the Usui family and the only descendant of the Rachester Family. Automatically After Patricia's death, everybody was shocked and also disappointed by her affair and they developed a grudge towards Takumi Usui,Patricia truly loved Yū, so she decided to keep his baby despite doctors' warnings.

He comes from a wealthy family and a very complicated life. He wears glasses at home and contacts at school. He does not have a very good relationship with his family. His mother (Patricia Walker) originally had her own family, but she loved travelling to other countries even though she already had a child. Usui's father (Yuu Hirose) was originally one of the Walker family's butlers. Usui's mother fell in love with him when she was already married and already had a son, Usui was concieved after his mother was diagnosed with a disease that would ultimately end her life. She decided that she 'wanted to hold that beloved man's child with these hands. Embarrassed by Usui's mother's affair with his father, his English family concealed his existence and he was raised in secret as the adoptive son of his mother's cousin in Japan. At first he was homeschooled, because if he went to school his family background might be discovered. His family decided to raise him to a particular, unspecified age and then sever all connections with him and send him out to live on his own. Instead of risking allowing him to get a job, they sent him to high school, and he chose Seika randomly from a book. He moved out and lived alone in his condo until the age of seventeen. Now that his brother Gerard has health problems, Usui's family has started to worry as Gerard is supposed to be the next inheritor of their wealth. So they began to search for Usui to put him under their control (they asked him to transfer to Miyabigaoka) so that they would have another inheritor in case something happens to Gerard. In order to maintain his relationship with Misaki and also Misaki's safety, as she was being targeted by his family as well to force him to break his relationship with her, he agreed.Later on Usui found out that his father was a butler from the Walker Family who cared for his mother.

Anime was amazing Evey character had the spotlight Usui and misaki really had me binging their series. Even when it wasn't about their chemistry with one another. The folks that they met still interact with them throughout the series. The trope or character types\personality, felt right, Now a days. Harem = romcom Very few are good. Many are excessively boring

Am I the only one who found Misaki to not be a nice person who treated Usui like shit? He was referred to as a stalker, but most of the time (most) his 'stalking' was just looking out for her as she was quite apt to get into trouble. I found her cruel and brash and even at the most tender of times when he was being a perfect gentleman, she'd cut him down with nasty comments, even yelling at him She was violent and physically abusive to school students. I am pretty sure that had this been real life, she would have been expelled many times over. In the manga once school finishes, she ends up being away from him and getting her professional life together - they apparently don't see each other for 10 years He actually says that he is sad because she gets on with her professional life over being with him. After the wedding she has a job lined up in another country and won't make time for her husband WHAT I hated this part of the manga but it was compensated for by them having two children who obviously made him so very happy

I see where you're coming from, but perhaps Misaki's experience with her father leaving caused a build up of her resentment against men in general. Or the author may have just wanted her to be a tsundere with Usui :)
