I’m in my early 60s. I did everything the old fashioned way. A year ago I started walking an hour a day, at least 6 days a week, on the treadmill. It’s not a leisurely stroll. I challenge myself each day. No Ozempic. Just old fashioned real exercise. I didn’t really lose much weight, but started at only 120lbs and I’m great now at 112. It’s not impossible to get in shape at any age, if you’re willing to do the work. No drugs needed.

At 60 years you weight 112lbs that’s not healthy. How tall are you. I have been 110 lb all my live. I am going to be 71 in a few months, but in my sixties I was finished being a fashionista so I decided I have to wear clothes that makes me look my age. I have two sons 45 and 41 and they think I should looked my age. The only thing I still keep out with my hair, mani and pedi, my eye lashes and I had micro blading done to my eye brows. I don’t do Botox and all that crap I want to age how God wants me to. Stay away from all those injections to loose weight they are toxic.

I feel bad for her because the trauma she has seems absolutely devastating and tough to get through and heal in a healthy way. Then she married a young man that wants a baby asap. It’s a lot. Plus her daughter dislikes her new husband and doesn’t show him a spec of respect. Idk how i would handle all this and work and be on tv dealing with those other women. Big ups to her. Hope she heals
