In many ways, like in all conversations, you dont necessarily get to finish a question or statement if you’re vibing with who you’re with. As opposed to zoom, so to speak, where you do have to wait for their thought to finish so you don’t stumble over the audio.

TBH very little was actually said in this interview. It's not just Kelly's gushing, although she does need to get a grip on that cos it seems like she actually says some interesting things when she calms down. When did actors stop saying a gracious "thank you" when they are complimented? If they did that then it ends and you can move on to something substantive. But lobbing the compliment on to someone (anyone) else in the name of being humble has gotten out of hand and it just a continuous round robin of youre gorgeous, no youre gorgeous I'm not sure when the humble era started but I'll be glad when it's over and people start saying interesting things again.

I love Kelly, but i don't think she was aware how much she was skewing this video towards Ariana's performances and kind of ignoring Cynthia's. I didn't think it was on purpose but it was definitely happening and Ariana showed so much character, by including Cynthia and her talent into the conversation everyone the light was shined on her. What a friend to have, that considers you and sees you and brings you in instead of leaves you out. Cynthia is amazing and her defying gravity.. her Alfie performance.. the commitment that even the other actor talked about where Cynthia only got 5 hours a day to herself at home because she had to do hair and make up and how that was a year of her life she dedicated to the commitment!! I'm so proud of this cast for loving and not forgetting each other!

I also took myself on a birthday date to see wicked live for the first time! I was 26! Also this cast. This movie. I saw it yesterday with the prime preview and I cried so much. This movie exceeded all expectations. If you love the musical if you love movies if you love being immersed in practical sets and a fantasy world that you never want to leave run run run to see this movie. The live vocals are stunning and it's apparent they sang live and it makes it feel so much more like theater than just a movie. It brings everything to life. They literally could not have made this more perfect.

For an opening, Kelly's "If I Only Had A Brain" was an incredible reimagining of the song. Cynthia and Ariana are such experienced and talented performers that their performances show their dedication to the material. There is little doubt that they could do the stage version complete justice. A fun watch of "TV live" of Kelly show today... And I cracked up about stories of when Ariana and Kelly were on the voice together. From songs like "Still Hurting" and Ariana's duet with Bocelli, she had the voice and performing talent. And Cynthia already had resume to become Elphaba.

The casting was amazing. When Firero came on (I had no idea he was the same actor as Bridgerton), I thought…. “Who is this person?” He seemed like he was made for Firero. The dancing was spectacular, but singing and acting too. Perfect performance!! And I didn’t know the casting for the wizard. And what a great surprise! First thing my mom said when we left the theater (saw with my daughters, sister and mom) was “what great casting!). There has been a lot of talk about Ariana and Cynthia, but actors the board - excellent casting and production value. They knew how special this was and it lived up to expectation! Also loved how they did the animals. Very impactful.

I saw it on Sat with my mom. At the end of the movie I looked at my mom and said, "Can you believe that B Dorothy kills her with a bucket of water?" My mom died laughing. We can't wait for part 2
