I was so surprised to see UTA on your thumbnail. I received my Undergrad and Masters degree from UTA. I considered a career change from education to nursing. I had to take 6 pre-reqs and I have 2 Anatomy and Physiology to go. I halted because I'm not quite ready financially to leave my job and jump into the 15 month program but I look forward to doing so in the near future. That being said... I can't wait to listen to the rest of your video. ☺️✨

I love UTA honestly (for the nursing courses, and I have only heard good things about their program period. I understand leaving your job to go to school, because i struggled financially through nursing school. I was so broke, but when it was over it was worth itt

Jasmine, First of all, congratulations on being near to completion of your BSN program and your future MSN- FP goals! I taught for UTA BSN program about four years ago, it is a well constructed online program. Are you planning on working towards your DNP?
@JasmineGhee7 жыл бұрын
Thank you so much. It is well constructed program and I enjoy it a lot. I have only had issues with one professor. I have not made up my mind if I want to go for DNP, but I have heard that it will be a new requirement in regards to being a working FNP. If that is the case I will ultimately go for my DNP.

Great video. I actually live in NYC and just got accepted to the RN-BSN program at UTA. I know you mentioned moving to NY and doing your FNP. Be careful in regard to schools. NY is really weird about doing out of state online programs that require clinical time. From my research, most online FNP schools dont accept NY students because of this. Best of luck to you.

Hello. I have been following you for a few months now. I was wondering since I will more than likely be doing my rn to bsn at uta, do they really require you to take 5 pre reqs math classes. I looked over all the pre reqs. In all it is about 20. Then once you take out the pre reqs from adn nursing that leaves me with 13 classes for the bsn pre reqs. Can you tell me if they really required 5 math pre reqs. My adn does not require any since I passed the tsi math. How many pre reqs did you have to take for uta rn to bsn program. Thank you.
