Is Pikmin 4 set after Hey! Pikmin or just a alternate timeline of Pikmin 1

@KattyKannibalPikmin 4 actually retcons the other Pikmin games and seems to be a re-telling of Pikmin 1. However it's not too big and can be interpreted as a continuation of the last 3 games if you want to. Olimar explicitly talks about things that happened in Pikmin 2 never have happened up to this point, like Louie eating the golden pik-pik carrots and getting the company in debt :-P
