Danny Ainge did the same thing to the Celtics. Perpetual rebuilding, trading valuable vets for yldraft assets. The Celts improved AFTER Ainge was gone because they finally got roster stability and mixed young talent w vets. Jazz will b stuck in the same situation w ainge at the helm.
