@@Ddube84 I was stoked for it because I'm an old school MK fan. But yeah, for a modestly-budgeted film ($55 million) it feels.... cheap. Outworld is just some stone quarries/gravel pits, and the majority of the cast lacks any chemistry or personality. (Kano Wins!) The first ten minutes are the best part of the film in my opinion. lol

The entire training scene really bore me to death, and the end credit music could have been better. Just my opinion.

Damm I was 15 years old when the movie and soundtrack came out in 95’. I listened to this CD all the time throughout high school and used it to workout. The Utah Saints killed it! This brings back wonderful memories.

@@seanw6323 The only reason that I own a copy of the CD was because my grandmother bought me a CD player for my birthday and, it so happened that, one of my cousins had just recently subscribed to Columbia House music and decided that one of the weekly shipments would be this CD. They knew I wanted this CD. It was given to me because it happened to fall in their hands around my birthday. I was beyond happy to receive it. As a woman in my 40’s, with 2 sons in their 20’s, this song still motivates me to move and work out.

Ehhh.....I mean the sequel had semblance of a good story. I wouldn't say it's trash just unfinished and wasted potential thanks to corporate greed. I wish you guys would stop parroting other people's opinions and dogging on it. It's amazing that dogging on Annihilation is just the cool thing to do now. 😅 Simple minded folks like you can't even bother being a little optimistic and at least note that there are unironic good points. The ideas are there and if you replace Animalities with their "special moves" and them having to harness and perfect it, the movie is about as good as the first one.
