This brings back so many memories. 1995. Seeing MK in theaters. Got the soundtrack cd. Poster. And a Scorpion action figure part of promo deal. Hearing this in theaters totally floored me. Brought a sense of calm. Ease. That despite everything...all things have a funny way of working itself out. Going home. Placing this in my radio. Having this track on repeat at bed time. It would just lull me off to sleep. I even used this as therapy for certain maladies that happened throughout my existence... Fast forward to 2021: Despite everything that has transpired. This track STILL gives me hope of a brighter future. If anyone reads this I truly hope you are doing well. Peace and love to everyone.

My mom bought this for me on vhs after having an obsession with the games. One of the greatest things she’s done to make me love this franchise even more and martial arts as well. We out here 2020

Just randomly remembered this uplifting MK track and went onto deep search and eureka, stumbled on this gem again. Ahhhhhhhhh, memories. This track puts a smile on my face and instills hope for the future and things to come. That it’s not all doom and gloom and that there’s always a silver lining and goodness all over if you remember to look and see. Even in yourself. 90s was such an amazing time growing up as a kid. Truly was.

This song takes me back to cruising around Orlando late at night back in the early nineties, fresh out of High School. Good times.

i miss the 90's. I was like three years old when the movie came out. I am going to be 24 in October. Let me tell you this, I was scared to death when I saw Goro. lol. True story. I always believed it was the same actor who played that troll in Ernest Scared Stupid. Now I am scared of them...as much

I was scared to death by Ernest Scared Stupid. I lived in the country on the edge of a swamp 45 minutes south/south west of Gainesville, fl and was terrified that the trolls would come and get me. I wasn't scared during the movie, but when I came home I was terrified!

This song gives me chills. I was 14/15 and this soundtrack changed my life. I loved it so much. My teenage years were crap, and this soundtrack (and the EDM/Techno I found through it) kept me going. Listening 25 years later.

If I had one wish it would be to send me back to the 90's. I'd love to experience it all over again. The world and America has changed so much, it's all politics now and people are at everyone's throat for having different views. Back then nobody gave AF. This song just has a 90's vibe all over it... when things were fun.

2023. Goosebumps. Exactly know what I was thinking when I heard that song, when mortal kombat was the s***. I was dreaming about the future, and becoming the stronger version of me. What's next? Let's go home.

fun story when this came out I was in 6th grade and my mom hated MK the game [too violent] but allowed me to see the movie, with her. She ended up liking it alot and the idea of fighting for your future, and bought me the soundtrack on cassette the next day :)
