Which Catrike is Right for You? MAX vs. Villager Comparison

The Catrike MAX and the Catrike Villager are two very similar trikes. Sharing a lot of the same looks and features, but they have their differences. In this video we will be pitting them against each other to finally reveal all the pros and cons between both of these trikes.

Thanks for this very educational video. I am about to test-ride a Catrike Villager and it was good to see the MAX comparison. For me, the Villager's three-speed front derailleur is an important feature for my paved but hilly neighborhood. I am switching from a mountain bike and the ability to go up hills slowly without falling over is important.

How come the villager doesn't have a folding option? I would get one if it dud. I have a one car garage so would need to fold it to get in my spare room upstairs. I like the trail but realistically, getting in and out of it I don't like.

I like the Max weight wise it would help me , but does the max come upgradable to having mountain bike tires, so I can ride in dirt as well as asphalt?
