This scene highlights one of the main reason, I love the second Utawarerumono adventure and Haku. Namely his development from a lazy but smart bastard, who pushes the tedious work onto others and uses his wit and superior knowledge to do the things he must do, to someone who willingly sacrifice everything to help his friends and the world itself.

i was right to decide sticking to the utawaremono. I first fell in love of the story that hakuoro and eruru shared with each other and was devastated that i thought hakuoro may not returned to her and he did..... so happy for thier ship!!! 😥😥😥😥😥😥😥😥😥😥

I have theory of how Haku was able to take away all powers from Hakuoro. Hakuoro has a physical body, unlike Haku who died and lost his body hakuoro was simply sealed away, and how did Haku appear to help Kuon you may ask.. because.. it was her wish it was her who brought him back and to make this call successful hakuoro simply lent majority of his powers to haku thinking he'll make use of it (which he did) But as soon as the battle was over haku seemingly disappeared it is likelihood due to being in a state where he is neither dead nor alive, he simply became a god in an essence. If we stack the onkamiyamukai wistlenemetia half's wish power and Hakuoro's mask.. i would presumably say that in terms of authorization Haku was probably above Hakuoro at that point so.. he did what a best man would do, since he himself can no longer fully return to the girl he loves he made the decision to send back another god.. back to manhood.. stealing his powers and sending him back to girl who waited for his return.. Man i feel like crying as I'm writing this.. god damn why didn't i fjnd this ankme earlier..

I think Hakuowlo and the ladies had sth people today would call "ethical non-monogamy", so he'll probably marry all of them lol. But Eruruu will most likely be the top wife. xD I don't think he'll become the next ruler though, he just wants to live a simple and diligent life with people he loves, not to take care of a whole kingdom... again. Kuon is the new queen, so all's well. Maybe, if she ultimately never gets married and never produces heirs, one of Hakuowlo's new children could take over the throne later.

Only Karulau insists that Kuon calls her 'sister', because she either has some complex concerning her age or has trouble wholly embracing motherhood, solitary and free-spirited as she is. Maybe both.

Haku no es solo un espíritu, cuando decide usar la mascara el mismo se vuelve "Otro Hakuoro" u "Otro Uitsualnemetia" poderes de dios incluidos, así que en ese momento ambos, Haku y Hakuoro estaban viviendo como partes del poder de Uitsualnemetia, Haku simplemente le quito su parte a Hakuoro y se volvió la única representación de Uitsualnemetia como Dios.
