I'm not being critical of your effort however, I feel that the most important step in fitting the koh cup around the vaginal fornix is very very important and the click that is heard when you push the blue assembly into the fornix is vital. Without this last push and click the demonstration I feel is incomplete.

How many times Rumi II Manipulator and KOH cup can be use?

Just once, although it can be sterilised apart from disposable cup and inflatable tip.

It is just one time use apart from RUMI main Handle which is the stem of the manipulator. Rumi cup and inflatable tip is single use only
