Spidermines are used a lot in tvt. Vultures don't trigger them (since they're hovering), but they're essential for zoning out enemy tanks and goliaths. Detection is at a premium, and even buying a few seconds for them to clear your mines can be all the difference to allow you to react in time and reposition accordingly.

As far as I know (Could be wrong) high ground attacking gives you either a 50% miss chance or 50% less damage. This also applies to attacking targets behind certain map debris (like trees and stuff). It's very weird

i really struggle with sc bw campaign, especially TvT's, cannot finish protoss campaigns too. zerg was ±ok, until last mission of 1st zerg campaign where i just in rage stopped doing micro and just send unlimited waves in enemy's direction until they all were dead. i need guide 😂

Didnt Blizzard bring out a remastered version of BW?..I swear i bought that in the last few years and never got around to playing. I havent played this is SO long. This might be the remastered, im not sure. Ahhh, the memories. I too used to play the UMS maps.. Where ya Command Center was right next to the minerals which was stacked with like 9999 in each.. Those were the days.. I played Protoss and Zerg mostly. Having a 3x6 set of hatcheries and pouring out Hydra or Muta by the truck load was fun as.. hehe

AH... You're doing it in Brood War too!!! I have to ask (again) - I've noticed that ANYTIME you build a barracks, you select an E-Bay first. Why? Do they use the same hotkey (hotkey X), but barracks is 2 hotkeys (hotkey X+Z)??? That's the best I've been able to come up with as to why you seem to do it every time. But I'd love to know the real reason for it!

The ebay is the same footprint, but costs less. You can use it to plan your barracks location before you have the 150 minerals needed for the barracks

I loved BW, I bought Starcraft 1 before BW even came out and bought the expansion on day 1 and played it right up to the day I got into the SC2 beta. I have not played a single game of BW since - it all seems so clunky and ugly now, I swear it looked better on a CRT
