उत्कटासन एक खुद में अच्छा सा वार्म आप है। अगर आप अपने वेट लोस्स के योग कर रहे है तोह इस आसान को ज़रूर प्रयास करे। यह आसान आपके लिए ाफो लाभदायक हो सकता है इसके उपयोग है,
। यह आपके पीक की हड्डी तो स्ट्रेच और मज़बूत बनाएग।
२ आपके पैरों एफम घुटनो को मज़बूत बनाएग।
३ आपके कन्धों को मज़बूत बनाएग।
४ आपके वज़न घटने में मदत करेग।
५ पेट के आतंरिक अंग को सेहत मंद रखेगा
आपको अगर आप को नीचे लिखी हुई किसी भी तरह की तबियत है तो आपको यह योग आसान नहीं करना चाहिए

२ अगर आपको घुटनो में दर्द गई तो
३ अगर आपको लो बीपी है तो
४ अगर आपको रथ में नींद नहीं आने की बीमारी हो तो
