I get lower back pain on one side when I do this exercise...what should I do? Should I continue doing it?

You are suppose to keep your spine rounded to the floor and you should not arch. If you are arch then you might experience back pain🙏

Hello, I was very interested in this posture because i've been doing the "hollow body position" for a few weeks. In which they insist the lower back must be on the floor and not with the curve that forms between it and the floor. Is the same with this posture? the insistence in the flat lower back?

Even in this posture we recommend you keep your back on the floor and engage your stomach for better balance

Though your videos are good, you don't explain the uses and benefits of each Asana. If you explain the uses of each Asana it would be much better
