@@vickisika375 there is so much culinary history, experiences and diversity in the great lakes region upto West Africa. I feel like here in Kenya beyond nyama choma and githeri, we don't have much in the way of culinary diversity.

Non native? It grows in our mountains naturally. Grows in many places in central too
