Nature's Darling

Күн бұрын

• Recipe:
• 3 Tblsp moringa leaf powder
• 3 Tblsp turmeric powder
• 3 Tblsp ginger powder
• ½ tsp ground black pepper
• 2 ½ - 3 Tblsp raw honey (depending on the humidity / weather in your area)
• Yield: 140 tablets
• Dosage: 2 tablets daily with meal (or with some kind of fat - fish, nuts, avocado, milk, etc)
• Turmeric is one of nature's most powerful inflammation fighters. It not only fights aches and pains in joints, but brain fog too. Research has shown that when the brain is inflamed, memory formation and recall both suffer
• TURMERIC: has weight loss properties, helps joint pain and inflammation - it is a blood thinner, so it helps reduce high blood pressure and high cholesterol, it helps arthritis, regulates blood sugar, improves brain function, antioxidant properties
• GINGER: antioxidant, anti-inflammatory properties, it is good for the immune system -and it’s a heat producing herb. Ginger may ease muscle pain and arthritis symptoms, may help with weight loss,
• BLACK PEPPER: Aids turmeric absorption (helps absorb curcumin)
• MORINGA LEAF POWDER: has antioxidant properties, reduces inflammation, helps with joint pains and swellings, helps to treat tumors, protects tissues (liver, kidneys, heart, and lungs), lowers blood pressure
• HONEY: has antibacterial and anti-inflammatory properties
• OLIVE OIL: to prevent the mix from sticking to hands and the utensils- also, besides black pepper, any kind of fat (such as oil, milk, avocado, fish, nuts will activate the goodness in turmeric
• Dry them in a dark area for approx 2 days
• Store in a dark, airtight glass container in the refrigerator -but may keep monthly dosage in a separate jar at room temp
• I am not a medical professional, and nothing here can be taken as medical or health advice for you personally, so pls check with your physician before following any advice or information you find online.
• Some items used in this video:
• Moringa powder - amzn.to/3G521n9
• Turmeric powder - amzn.to/3lozS2h
• Ground ginger - amzn.to/317t9TL
• Silicone mats: amzn.to/3oXqbde
• #ads
•••NOTE: if pregnant - ginger and turmeric may be taken in very small doses, but moringa in large doses (esp the root & bark) may make the uterus contract. Many of the researches are still in the preliminary stages or the studies have only taken place on animals. Doctors usually caution mothers-to-be about taking supplements during certain stages of pregnancy.

Love your video and technique but please be adviced that only a tip of a teaspoon of tumeric is recommended to avoid liver damadge and complications. Also keep in mind that the ammount of black pepper you are adding by far exceeds the usage thus black pepper tends to clog the kidneys putting your life in danger. Tumeric and black pepper is medicinal but you have to Boil 90% tumeric with 10% BLACK PEPPER CORN for 45 minutes - this is used in hospitals for recovering cancer patients.

I’m sure that there are many recipes for herbal tablets - yours is one and mine is another. You mentioned “BOILING”, note that having “water” in this recipe would be disastrous since microorganisms will grow in water - so it is not recommended. Not to mention that heat can destroy the benefits of some herbs. Be careful of what you write / add to another person’s recipe bc it will only confuse the viewers. Thanks for watching!💚

Recipe: • 3 Tblsp moringa leaf powder • 3 Tblsp turmeric powder • 3 Tblsp ginger powder • ½ tsp ground black pepper • 2 ½ - 3 Tblsp raw honey (depending on the humidity / weather in your area) • Yield: 140 tablets • Dosage: 2 tablets daily with meal (or with some kind of fat - fish, nuts, avocado, milk, etc) • Turmeric is one of nature's most powerful inflammation fighters. It not only fights aches and pains in joints, but brain fog too. Research has shown that when the brain is inflamed, memory formation and recall both suffer • TURMERIC: has weight loss properties, helps joint pain and inflammation - it is a blood thinner, so it helps reduce high blood pressure and high cholesterol, it helps arthritis, regulates blood sugar, improves brain function, antioxidant properties • GINGER: antioxidant, anti-inflammatory properties, it is good for the immune system -and it’s a heat producing herb. Ginger may ease muscle pain and arthritis symptoms, may help with weight loss, • BLACK PEPPER: Aids turmeric absorption (helps absorb curcumin) • MORINGA LEAF POWDER: has antioxidant properties, reduces inflammation, helps with joint pains and swellings, helps to treat tumors, protects tissues (liver, kidneys, heart, and lungs), lowers blood pressure • HONEY: has antibacterial and anti-inflammatory properties • OLIVE OIL: to prevent the mix from sticking to hands and the utensils- also, besides black pepper, any kind of fat (such as oil, milk, avocado, fish, nuts will activate the goodness in turmeric • Dry them in a dark area for approx 2 days • Store in a dark, airtight glass container in the refrigerator -but may keep monthly dosage in a separate jar at room temp • I am not a medical professional, and nothing here can be taken as medical or health advice for you personally, so pls check with your physician before following any advice or information you find online. • Some items used in this video: • Moringa powder - amzn.to/3G521n9 • Turmeric powder - amzn.to/3lozS2h • Ground ginger - amzn.to/317t9TL • Silicone mats: amzn.to/3oXqbde •••NOTE: if pregnant - ginger and turmeric may be taken in very small doses, but moringa in large doses (esp the root & bark) may make the uterus contract. Many of the researches are still in the preliminary stages or the studies have only taken place on animals. Doctors usually caution mothers-to-be about taking supplements during certain stages of pregnancy.

If I don't want to use honey, what can I use as substitute?
@NaturesDarling
@NaturesDarling Ай бұрын
I used honey for its health benefits and to help bind the ingredients, so I would suggest molasses (this will change the color tho), maple syrup, date paste or any other fruit paste. I’ve never used any of these so I can’t give the amount / ratio. Are you trying to avoid using a sweetener? Whatever you do use, pls avoid using water. Hope this helps. Thanks for watching! 💚

Can I do this with raw herbs? Thank you for sharing this information.
@NaturesDarling
@NaturesDarling 3 жыл бұрын
Just Me - I would not use fresh herbs because the liquid in fresh herbs may cause mold and other things to grow in my pills if they were not dried properly. Plus the fresh herb would cause lumpy tablets. However, (1) you could dry the raw herbs in a dehydrator then grind them or (2) dry the pills made from the raw herbs in a dehydrator . . . How do I make these easier to swallow? And I don't have black pepper so I used black cumin seed powder/ nigella seed powder
@NaturesDarling
@NaturesDarling 7 ай бұрын
@mshopey32 - does the black cumin seed powder have the same properties as the black pepper? You need the black pepper to activate the curcumin in the turmeric. Also, perhaps you’re having difficulty swallowing them because (1) they’re too large (2) the herbs were not ground finely enough and are too coarse. Try cutting them in two or perhaps dissolving them in liquid and drink them instead. Thanks for watching!💚

This a great method. But I like to buy mine and just put all that directly into my daily smoothie. It contains celery, banana, wild blackberries, or wild blueberries, Kale, Spinach, Collards, Broccili, Carrots, Cauliflower. I only use 1/3 cup of each fruit or veggie. It makes one large smoothie. I do not use the honey because I watch my sugar intake. It does not taste great but the ginger neutralizes the taste of the celery and other greens, but I am not doing it for the taste I am doing it for an easy way to get my daily dose of fruits and veggies. I do not drink it all at once I drink it over the course of 6 hours. It keeps in the fridge while I am sipping on it. But I also eat other veggies and fruits with meals.

Hinef Ben - It is believed that no other herb or leafy greens can come close to moringa - health & nutrition wise (blood tonic, anti-inflammatory, iron, calcium, blood pressure, joints and healthy weight, etc.) But matcha, wheatgrass, spinach, kale, methi leaves, ashwagandha, hemp may be helpful.
