“Can Chefs Save The World?” Is a three part documentary series by UTOPICFOOD! Created by Mason Florence and John Krich, investigating through intimate interviews with some of the greatest Chefs around the world, their own roles and perceptions, in contemporary society.
As an ambassador of Portuguese cuisine, Chef José Avillez looks into food as a human connector, looking back in history to understand Portugal’s influence on different cuisines around the world. His creative mindset goes beyond cooking, owning several restaurant with innovative concepts, Avillez shared with us his views on how chefs are seeing by society, its positive and negative sides, through a personal analysis.
