I applied and received the condition offer for one MSc program and then asked me to fill out the form of a financial plan, I mentioned that I applied for the Utrecht Excellence Scholarship. This is the answer that I got "Our postgraduate program is privately funded. We do not offer scholarships" what does it mean?
