How long of a day was that section of your trip?? Was it an easy day or did it take some pushing to cover that leg??

Thats not too bad of a day really. 5 or 6 hours including stops. We take a fair amount of breaks and didn't push overly hard. The route we took goes from Gilmour to down towards Kaladar and it's probably 80% railbed, backroad, and road. Maybe an hour of slow rough section. But if you go the longer way down, around, and through Tweed you would be in for a pretty long day.
