Freda, I think you should have given respect to the empress and for your own brand by apologizing as well. You could have won more fans by just saying you are also sorry, even if you did not mean it at that time. Honestly, you would have nothing to lose, but gained the respect of other people who are getting to know you because of the beef. Saying sorry does not make you less of a human being. We can even say we are sorry that something happened. No matter how you analyze it, you both hurt each other in diverse ways.
