What does it mean when you have used it and its sticky after being cured? As I used it the other day and its sticky after 4-6 minutes of curing under a uv light

Some mix better than others. I didn't great great results trying AP green and yellow Air Fluo paints individually, but when I combined them to make lime, it mixed better (???). If you use a more pigmented more opaque color I think the UV can have trouble penetrating. GW Moot Green mixed great with a traditional water effect (Woodland Scenics) than it did with UV resin.
