Hi sir can we do flouride test in UV 1900 spectrophotometer quatitation mode like 0.5,11.5,2,2.5ppm and unknown (sample of water) it shows correct or not

First you make calibration curve of 5 dilution of standard fluorine than 6th sample (water) Than calculator flouride concentration in sample by using y=mx+c equation

It shows absorbance of 5 (prapared dilution 0.5ppm 1pmm 1.5ppm 2ppm 2.5ppm) and then keeping sample (unknown water) it shows absorbance and conce also... Is it correct flouride content in sample or not?
