Jameson wasn't a victim. Being involved with paramilitary organisations means you're a legitimate target. A victim is someone who isn't involved, but gets shot anyway. Lucrative building contracts for the security services sounds like part of a shady deal when people involved with criminality can be elevated like this in the business world. Ask any "Loyalist" why they killed members of the IRA. They'll tell you it was because they were legitimate targets. Therefore the same logic applies when loyalist criminals target each other.

While the killing of Richard Jameson wasn't unprovoked, Mark Fulton was quoted saying that if he wasn't in Jail at the time Richard would have still been alive. But the LVFs "Leading The Way" magazine also had released an article claiming that Jameson was riding his own sister, so I doubt there was much Mark could do anyway.

Do you honestly believe that? He got leadership because Billy left and took his visions else where.
