I think the reason why is because it's organic chemistry he is explaining which is not needed for bio 1010

Ok, so I can see how adding 1 or 2, or deleting 1 or 2 nucleotides shifts everything out of position, but adding 3 nucleotides doesn't mess up the positioning of the rest of the sequence. But it DOES change the overall sequence. So would removing 3. So do you get a different protein in those cases? You must, right?
