What i think she has made is, the app is for someone who already has a house, and a spare room. so they are looking for a roomate for that house. In that case the login should have a place to add photos of the house.

19:50. Personas are frictional characters to understand the target users which helps in empathizing and understanding core needs. I don't think personas need to be derived from actual users (It does include the main pain-points mentioned in user research). The personality trait such as being introvert was mentioned as frictional rather than actual..........( I MIGHT BE WRONG ) 🤔🤔🤔
