Great video but I've more or less given up on UX Research as a career. I have a psychology degree and the potential for AI to generate pseudo Theory of Mind and other forms of human Insight have convinced me to abandon the career. No one will pay a human for these skillsets when AI can offer it, plus bring the power of large scale processing, more economically.
