What? Gojek actually has writers for its app?? That’s right. UX Writers Izzati and Bunga are here to give a crash course on UX Writing 101! They’ll talk about the principles of UX Writing and how they’ve applied it in the Gojek app. When it comes to conveying a message in the app, we can’t just write stuff down and call it a day. Clear, concise, straighforward mungkin lebih mudah dilakukan tanpa menyisipkan poin helpful dan personality. Dan startup lain sudah banyak yg mulai melakukan. Salah satu kelebihan Gojek dibanding app lain ya itu tadi, setiap copy pasti disisipin voice dan tone yg sesuai dengan pengguna. Mau tanya kak, setelah rilis, apakah pernah mengganti sebuah copy pada app, karena tau kalau ada copy yg kurang dimengerti pengguna?

Halo, terima kasih untuk pertanyaannya :D Pernah! Karena pada dasarnya perubahan copy pada app bisa terjadi karena bermacam alasan, nggak cuma karena feedback dari user. Contoh lainnya kalau ada perubahan desain/alur di produk/aplikasi.

Hai! Terima kasih buat pertanyaannya, ya. 1. Sebelum rilis, copy2 selalu di"tes" untuk liat apa itu bisa dimengerti atau tidak, apa itu "in the right place" atau tidak. 2. Dari sekian jumlah kelompok target user; kami ambil chunk atau bagian/porsi paling besar. Maka dari itu jadilah bunyinya seperti yang sekarang :D
