വളരെ മോശം അനുഭവം ആണ് Iha യിൽ നിന്നും ഞങ്ങൾക്ക് ഉണ്ടായത്. 30 ദിവസം കഴിഞ്ഞു despatch ചെയ്യുമെന്ന് പറഞ്ഞു ഓർഡർ എടുക്കുകയും ക്യാഷ് അഡ്വാൻസ് ആയി വാങ്ങുകയും ചെയ്യിതു. 63 ദിവസം കഴിഞ്ഞാണ് ഐറ്റം കിട്ടിയത്. ഫോണിൽ വിളിച്ചാൽ ഉടൻ അയച്ചു തരാമെന്നു പറഞ്ഞു ഫോൺ കട്ട്‌ ചെയ്യും. വളരെ മോശം കസ്റ്റമർ കെയർ ആണ്. ഫ്രീ ആയി തുണി തരണമെന്ന് പറഞ്ഞു അവരുടെ മുമ്പിൽ യാചിച്ചു ചെല്ലുന്ന പോലെ ആണ് സ്റ്റാഫിന്റെ പെരുമാറ്റം.

I had a very very bad experience with Iha. Ordered a white material for church use. They sent me an off-white one after 40 days. Contacted the customer care, followed up with them for around 1 month, sent them multiple videos and photos and finally they asked me to return the material. Finally they gave me a call telling that they received the returned item and that it is white only as per their website and the product will be resent to me. I asked the girl if she would call that colour white and she's smiling. I demanded talking to a senior official there but she said she is not permitted to do that. Seems they have sent me back the product. Altogether I lost money on a product I'll not use, 200 RS courier charge and my time n effort talking to them. Anyone, please suggest if I can do something on this. How to proceed with consumer court complaint?
