There will be knob on top of rotor blade, try to rotate in clockwise direction (opposite to usual way) to remove it.

Noise level is low to medium (depending on speed level). If you use for 8hrs at high speed approximately 2units of power is consumed.

No, this fan height will be suitable for placing near sofa or near bed . If you are looking to use this while sitting on floor or sleeping on floor , then this is not best.

There will be a screw on one side below fan housing. This screw will help in bending fan by loosening it . Tighten it back after adjusting.

If you want very low noise and medium air delivery go with 1350rpm. In 2100rpm , noise is medium at high speed but air delivery will be much better than 1350rpm.
