No! I will explain in simple terms. Soft Tourers are meant to be driven both open & closed. But in our country, the Police is Sadistic, ie, they are least bothered about the law, instead they just enjoy the suffering of ordinary citizens. So they will make up any law to abuse power, rather than ensuring the safety of citizens.
