Also i have another concern that is he did not use bottom beam he used concealed beam. for ceiling. this will affect any problem in future?. My house construction width is 27.7, load bearing structure. Vertically, We have three 9inch walls (two walls outside facing and remaining one is inside) and one 4.5 inch wall (facing inside) in ground floor Example: 9inch wall 4.5 inch wall 9inch wall 9 inch wall. In 1st floor, enginner reduced one of the inside 9inch wall to 4.5 inch.. Like 9inch wall 4.5 inch wall 4.5inch wall 9 inch wall. Is this okay? Or keeping 4.5 inch wall for inside is only for framed structure?

In load bearing structure all walls transfer load. It's recommended to go for 9" thick brickwork

Beams that connect Coloumn posts are 9 inches even inside the house. When 4.5" walls are raised inside, beams will show remaining 4.5" as open fold like in top, below roof...how to avoid this... it affects the look from one side of the wall in one room...can we avoid this with 4.5 inch wall...?
