Super ..nice explanation. I tried 2times .. I got yellowish butter... But I worked a lot...using mixie then also used moor mathhu... Sis you say 150 times count.. is it for mixie grinding time?...

Yes, 2 min(120 to 150seconds) need to count for each time to get butter. At a time la neraiya aadai ya mixie la serkakudathu. 2 or 3 spoon mattum thaan serkanum neraiya thaneer odranum.

We always keep Ghee outside only for more than 2 months. After preparation ghee is very hot so wait for room temperature afterwards you can keep it in fridge or outside no problem sister.
