Bharat great and so simple. As you have asked for more vegetarian choice. What about Gatte ki biriyani. Is it possible? Just had a thought. Or we Bengalis make a recipe called Dhoka( spicy diamond shaped savoury cakes made of Bengal gram) we eat as a snacks or make gravy dish aswell. So Dhoka biriyani can also be done . Nice vegetarian option.

Wow that was one amazing recipe. Will definitely try. Now I have Added your video in my playlist 😊😊. If you want to add anything special in veg biryani I think ‘Bhi’ or ‘Kamal kakdi’ would be great option. Bhi sliced in 2-3 mm thickness so that it wouldn’t take time to cook. Although I haven’t tried it...!! Just thinking 😅😅. Also ‘zucchini’. Hey Bharat I wanted to request you to make something that I don’t get it here (I live outside India...actually US) and terribly miss it. Have tried to make it but don’t get that flavor. I wish if you could make that street style biryani which has crushed paneer inside has some smoky flavor too and the one they make in front of us on those takeaway shops!! Hatke is the one i have eaten in Bangalore at meghana’s biryani the rice is cooked without veggies and it’s called kushka rice and the gravy is cooked differently (i took the paneer one) and then while serving the gravy is toped on the rice it’s the tastiest paneer biryani ever had kuch aisa bnaa do please 🙏🏻
