As a kid, I used to watch your cooking shows along with Master Chef India with my mom and I used to be so very fascinated with the way you tell the history of the food you are cooking. Watching you cook and narrate all those years has definitely given into me finding peace in cooking new things by myself. I am turning 21 next month and I stumbled upon this video while looking up spring roll recipes and honestly I haven't watched a video this long on normal speed in a while.
