What you said in this vlog is correct. But in reality, persons in stress or demotivated are not realising that on their own. The family members of the person concerned should note the behavioural changes of the person and have to slowly start talking to him/her and try to find out the reason and help him/her. She/He may be mother, father, daughter, son, friend etc., who are in contact on daily basis because when we see a person on daily basis then only we can understand the changes in their behaviour and also will be easy to help them.
