அடுத்த முறை அவரை பார்க்கும் பொழுது இதை கேளுங்கள். தமிழ்நாட்டில் 70% பட்ஜெட் ஓய்வூதியம் மற்றும் ஊதியத்திற்கு போவது தவறு. அரசு வேலைகள் குறைந்து தனியார் வேலைகள் வர வேண்டும் என்று சொல்கிறார் மனிதர். 15வது finance commission படி 2011 மக்கள் தொகை படி தமிழ்நாட்டிலிருந்து 1 ரூபாய் வரியாக மத்திய அரசுக்கு சென்றால் திரும்ப வருவது 34பைசா மட்டும் தான். ஆனால் உத்தர பிரதேச மாநிலத்திலிருந்து 1 ரூபாய் வரியாக சென்றால், திரும்ப கிடைப்பது 1 ரூபாய் 90 பைசா. இது தமிழ்நாட்டின் பட்ஜெட்டிற்கு சாபக்கேடு இல்லையா? என்று அவரிடம் அடுத்த முறை தவறாமல் கேளுங்கள்.

100% correct sir I'm 2015 batch mechanical I choose manufacturing so I joint VMC operator in 2015 my salary 6000 as a operator it's very hard 6k salary my only happiness is learning VMC setting and programming in cnc. Informative interview. In addition to what sir told I wish to add one point, college freshers and those with less than 1 year experience please try getting a job in start ups, there are many young entrepreneurs in India but due to lack of proper skilled workforce they are unable to sustain and close down. The advantage of working in a start up is that 'you grow as the company grows" say like ten years down the line you will hold a very high position managing hundreds of people. Please come out of safe jobs which MNC's offer during campus, it's a kind of trap don't get into it. You may be very talented but still you will get your turn only based on available vacancies and circumstances there. Think wise and all the best, it's a competitive world no doubt!!

He is right about growth mindset. I am an mechanical engineer started with 15 thousand rupees salary in 2008. Now earning 6 figures. Upto to certain point in my career, I was always worried about the job security but the moment you get skilled in the industry, the scenario is different, it was my employer who was always scared if I would resign the job. My secret is upskilling myself continuously with the latest technologies. When my father died during his govt service, I was offered a Sr Section Engineer job in railways but I refused to accept the offer because I understood that earning more income was important than working in a comfortable job. That was my most difficult decision but I am happy that I made the right decision

We stated our company with 5 engineers 4 years back. We were not able to scale beyond 35 engineers due to lack of skill. BE EEE grad dont know about a resistor. BE ECE grad does not know how a antenna works. BE CSE grad does not know even a single programming language. Skill level is very pathetic. Only 1 in 100 engineer is ready for market. rest are to be trained and filtered and we need to spend a lot on that.

Yeah sir you are correct.even though we up skilled and get more salary also we cannot have peace of mind like a govt job person.you cannot afford to up skill every time like an youngster.running can be possible in the early age not after 40 or 50 ages.if you work hard in private and you you get recognized also I can tell you you need to sacrificing your 90% of your efforts toward the private company owners which will change you like a hell over a period of time. Then in later stage you spend all your mechanized life and give all your up skilled hard earn money to hospitals and die without have any meaningful life.if govt jobs are also following the private companies policies then I can say private is far better.but hard reality is not.take the example of teachers and lecturers who getting 1.5 lakhs salary.and all other govt personnel please tell me who is updating their skills no one.but they enjoys their life at the most.this is the bitter truth.
