Likely right after a huge rush, It happens. Could also be between staffing shifts. As someone who has worked in restaurants and hotels, these things happen from time to time. Having been to this lounge myself, it was definitely not this way when I was there. A very subjective experiences.

Having been to all of the Polaris Lounges, this was a first time seeing one like this. Yep, anything is possible but when you are paying top dollar for a ticket, you just don't expect it. I love United but if I am going to review something, I got to call it like I see it. Thanks for watching and commenting!
