Stop glorifying anything too much whether it's about a specific gender or materialistic thing. Before doing anything just ask a simple question "Will it help me to get better?" Practicing self awareness is must.. In short it's a long journey of transformation, You simply can't overcome the effects of "Maya" but through practicing and self awareness one day it will give you a fruitful result Everyone in this world is practising but the choice is yours whether you want to practice some wrong things or good one to make this only life a better one
