I've been trying to pair them with my phone, but I can't get them to blink rapidly, I tired holding ON for couple seconds, same with OFF and even on-off-on-off-on with a short interval. Please help me

How to connect these damn lights without wifi? I dont use wifi. I use unlimited mobile data on my phone or optical cables for fast internet

@@VTACMedia It always needs wifi to make it work. Im using at home only my phones mobile internet. My phone is never connected to wifi. Often when light strip is turned off for a longer time and I turn it back on it starts blinking again and I have to ask my neibhor for wifi to make it work again. Isnt there any way to use this light strip without home wifi?
