Very nice house. Space utilisation is intelligent. Cost is a bit on the high side in my opinion but that may be due to some special provisions made as per owner's requirements. 2.Do you undertake construction work in Chennai? (Stilt plus three with lift on a plot of 1800 sft, built up 3600-4000 sft. Premium construction like this more or less)
