Recently I got a pain on one side when I eat or open my mouth widely. I visited the dentist and they checked my teeth. They said it was because of my wisdom teeth and asked me to remove it, which I did. However, the pain has not gone away, and I still experience discomfort and a mild headache all the time. Which doctor should I consult? A dentist or any other specialist? I'm from Bangalore. Is there any clinic you recommend in Bangalore?

This is not a TMJ disorder. This is due to the effects of radiation in muscles.. Kindly try mouth opening exercises, on a regular basis (under guidance)

Good evening sir,Im 19 yrs old , For 1and half years,i have issues ,that is initially i have pain in ear and full surrounding that ear side ,ENT told that there is no problem in ear, i visited a dentist he advised to take a OPG X RAY and he concluded 4 wisdom not grow properly, he told we remove it in future ,then now i have a head pain in one side and full also sometimes I also visited neurologist he give some tablet and then we will take CT scan,i have no problem in mouth closing , sir Is these are symptoms of tmj? ,pls tell me sir..

Hi dr , even i have jaw pain in the right side , i feel like my ears is clogged a liitle bit . When i open my mouth i sometimes have head pain in the right ,right side cheek pain ,jaw pain ,neck pain , shoulder pain . I have rheumatoid arthritis . I even told my rheumatologist about this problem rhinking that all these problems may be cause of medications which i am taking. But from yesterday i feel like my right jaw is getting locking up and i could feel restricted speech . But i dont have any problem in teeth . I did lot of self analysis , and im not sure whether i should avoid all these signs since i have RA . But i have little fear what if im not able to speak properly.
