@@preetybaghel2452ab mai aapo btata hu... mera ek bahot close friend hai wo sc category me aata hai... but use dad teacher hain the hmare hi school me physics k HOD unki monthly income 1.5 lakh thi school + coaching se... mere mai general category a hu with average income of my father..... hm dono ne BHU Bsc a exam sath me diya tha....mera 190 mars tha AUR Uska 160...main thing is that uska admission ho gya mera nhi...... fir mai equality kyo manu ise.....

LIC VS UNION OF INDIA CASE(1995)- Preamble is an integral part of constitution, KESHWANANDA BHARATI CASE(1973)- Preamble is basic and integral part of constitution but basic feature of constitution can't be ammended by parliament, BERUBARI CASE- Preamble is not a part of constitution......🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏
