Heck I'm late for this one. Great progress mate, I work in the car industry and obtaining constant, adjustable, cohernt panel gaps is possibly one of the hardest things to nail, to the point that some money is always set aside to rework the stamps for the door panels in case we didn't account for something while designing the doors, so kudos for the good job and don't worry, it looks great.
