If I was to purchase a Vantage, it would be with the V-8. That configuration gives a quick nimble true sports car capable of extreme racing performance. Witness the many wins and titles that Vantage has (and still is) delivering in WEC. Stick a V-12 in the front and yes, it will be fast in a straight line. But it will be a bloated pig aimed at poseurs who just want to look good, and not go truly fast. Stroll is taking Aston Martin down the wrong path.
