This is exactly why I remember falling in love with the 2012 V12 Vantage as well. Pure emotion, power, luxury and a V12 in a car that was made for a V8 with an oh so encapsulating roar that sends goosebumps up your smile. I have never looked at another car in my life and just said "I Love You." I absolutely am glad Aston Martin made this car.

What a beautiful, elegant machine, in sound, appearance and mechanical achievement. It saddens me greatly that it's limited production so the 333 will likely become garage queen's, museum pieces and turn up at occasional shows only rather than ever be used. It also saddens me that this appears to be the last V12 Aston Martin 2 seater sports car.

@@slang_gsn first, by the looks of it aston's got pretty major problems right now, they are tied with Williams for the last place, so their prospects for a great year seem not that great, that's what I meant. that doesn't mean Seb can't thrash it around Silverstone nonetheless but, and that's my other point, it certainly won't be this V12 or any V12 for that matter since Formula 1 don't run on v12 engines for the last 20+ years, as I'm sure you know.

Heavyness and lack of aerodynamics also make them inefficient making the lifespan worse and literally no one takes one to use on their purpose. Only few people buy astons and lambos, but almost everyone buys an SUV. Don't even mention electric cars which is even worse for the environement.

Growing up as a young man I never had the dream to own something like this. But as I get older my views have shifted so much that I wanna better myself and chase the chance to maybe one day buy such a Beautiful Machine. Love Aston's but for Gods sake, fix the headlights. They look like they came from a 1990 Mazda. All Aston's are nice but I only have this problem with the Vantage.

and you hit the nail on the head mate!! The grille was a disaster too and stroll fixed that, you can now get an update grille added to make the car look more like an Aston. The other issue is its a mercedes in the interior, all the instruments are Mercedes with no changes in lay out....its offensive. I like Mercedes, but I dont want an Aston that is clearly built with Mercedes parts.....they should of used the tech and not made it so damn obvious.

You have to go a little bit with the time, guys. Aston has resolved this V12 Vantage many styling errors from the past (the grill and Front in General, the side triangle) The car is a stunner and you will see this in real. Times are over when smaller car companies like Aston can develop their own interiors. Its just not feasable anymore cost wise. In this V12 they gave it a huge interior change with the seats. A game changer! Of course, we would all love for Aston to be able to create everything by their own. But this is just not possible anymore. This is maybe one of the last Astons with inhouse design, own developed engine and massive driving stability & skills added, made available through technology. We should appreciate this. At least I do! And who cares about 0-60 and top speed. This is not what this car is about. It's driving pleasure will be differently and at another Level. Looking forward. Thank you Aston Martin.
