My name is rekha nayak n I am from mangalore age 63 yrsI hv knee pain dr. Actually my knee replacement done 5 yrs back in 2019. I was totally thru. From this surgery no prob. At all.but in 2022 I travelled short picnics a lot n the result in 2023 Jan. 7th I got sciatica nerve pain n suffered like hell. Doing ayurvedic medicine but knee pain can't walk properly nw dr. N pain a lot. Pls advis hw to go head dr. My shoulders also pain. Can't lift hand nor comb. Xray did n surgery n all totally fine. So nw pls let me know dr. While stretching can't bear the pain. Doing some simple stretching exercises. Can't walk properly dr.
