I really like desert themes that DON'T sound too Arabian, because that musical direction is done to death. This track, in particular, sounds like it could fit the Old West, including some Native American motifs.

This and it's other variants would probably be used as the American themes. (The Japanese themes would keep the past leitmotif but present and both futures would use mirage saloon's leitmotif

@Łukasz Rygał Final Fever was originally a level, and not the Metallic Madness boss theme. That's why it has alliteration in it's name. It was originally a one act level only if you got all of the time stones it would be after Metallic Madness. And for Desert Dazzle, it is Dust Hill Zone. But it only exists because on the D.A. Garden or the loading screen, it has a Desert~ish place on there and Desert Dazzle is a replacement for the original R2. So they used old unused Sonic 2 Beta content for Desert Dazzle so they don't need any new designs to think of. And for the original R2, on the last cutscene, Sonic runs through a Ruin~ish place avoiding an antilion. There was no name for the original R2, but some people call it Prism Palace, and others call it Relic Ruin. More info on Sonic Retro, or Sonic Wiki.
