okie bro its real easy after installation run the program, on top right u will see settings button click on it, then u will find several options probably the 3rd option click on it a drop down menu will appear select the English Then click on Blue button Restart the program after quiting it.

You gotta ask yourself "why even bother if you won't do follow up answers to questions after watching your video?" One reason could be because the answer is I DON'T KNOW, I AM NOT REALLY THAT KNOWLEDGEABLE. I had another tech guy mention that the V360 PTZ cameras are built with two different chip sets. One chip set enables operation on cell phones only and the other chip set enables on PC's. I have yet to find out how to go about finding and purchasing V360 PTZ cameras by chip set specification. I will also add that I have found the work around to getting a cell phone enabled V360 PTZ camera to function on a desktop PC. It is through the Bluestacks emulator and embedded app selector. There is a V380 app in the app selector. Basically what the Bluestacks emulator does is make your PC function like an Android cell phone. It works but it is kind of clunky and loaded with Ads that run constantly. It is also a resource hog, it slows everything else down on the PC.

Why does it not record constantly even when set at continuous recording? The minute you do something else on your device the camera stops recording! So it looks like it only records while you are actually on the app !! The minute you use your device such as reading email or whatsapp then recording stops! Does it not simply record while not actually using the app???

1. make sure that firewall doesnt block the application. if that doesnt help -> 2. reset the device to default settings and set up the camera using the android app. if you set it up properly when you logon in your account (you created on android) by using the pc application, camera should show up automatically. basically even if you cannot set it up using only pc, if you use android app to set it up in such a way that camera connects to the wireless router and then logon on pc while using that wireless router connection, it will work 100%. the only problem is, if you dont have wireless router available, it probably will not work, as such camera has problems with connecting directly to the pc in my case too(could be caused by incompatible wifi receiver). edit: pc application version im using is 2.0.4.

You can change the language by going to settings (gear icon on upper right), locate for dropdown item, then you will see the english language. Kindly save and restart the application. I tried it on mine and it worked.

I got t]he software working. Just a hint...if you have the cameras up and sync'ed with your phone, you can use the lan feature and it will sync all of your cams at the same time. The problem I have is this: It looks like the software can handle 16 cams , but I have 11 and can't get it to show any more than nine. If anyone knows how to get it to run 16 cams, it would be helpful. Thanks in advance.

Be wary of the Android V380 app if it asks if you want to update the camera firmware, it worked fine the first couple times over the past couple years but yesterday another firmware update was offered and it bricked the camera, wont connect to anything even over USB on PC.
