In volume 4 we rise from the basement and start constructing the second (main) level. This will be the final visible base for the sawmill area. Again, The basement is only used for staging, etc.
Leave in the comments whether you consider this a single level layout or multi-level. I would consider it multi level however only one level will be visible.
