After playing through the Elysian Realm, Elysium Everlasting, and the prelude to chapter 32 before the gang goes to the moon, Mobius has been the most consequential character of the Flame Chasers after Kevin and Elysia and easily has the one of the best characterizations of the 13. Outside of Pardofelis (assuming she wasn't the one who did the surgery to turn her into a MANTIS), she has meaningful relationships with the WHOLE GROUP that doesn't boil down to simply admiring his/her strength and charisma (Kevin/Elysia) - and Mobius already ranks in the top of both strength and intelligence in the group. She was Dr. MEI's friend, boss, peer, and eventual subordinate (as MEI went up the ranks and Mobius was losing political favor), co-creator of the Project Stigmata, Kevin became the successor of Jormungandr, she is the second closest to Elysia after Eden (a position only Aponia can contest) and consistently throws barbs at each other, Aponia (avatar of the Elysian Realm) yielded to her in order to stop the HoC despite their differences, Eden adores her so much and gave her ownership of the Elysian Realm, she and Vill-V are reciprocated rivals and are both moral compass teeter totters, the ideological opposite of Su in terms of regarding saving the lives of people, she used Kalpas like a tool in her immortality experiments (by making him kill her so many times), Sakura has high respect for her despite disagreeing with her, saved Kosma's life and helped figure out how to utilize his power, loving and doting aunt to Griseo, respected by HUA and was a willing lab rat for her experiments, and will eventually be the successor of Fuxi and Nuwa. Even in her general skewed and dubious morality, her love for humanity shines through as she (like Raven) has compassion for the young (Griseo, Kosma and HUA to a lesser extent (contingent to their status as lab rats), and Adam - Kevin and MEI's kid) and duly honors and respects her assistants Fuxi, Nuwa, Blanca, and of course Klein.

Fu Hua is way more consequential than Kevin, Elysia, Mobius or any later flame-chasers that were inserted into the lores, she literally pioneering the current era and actively working to keep the world safe throughout, training humans to fight Honkai before valkyries were a thing, affected & shaped Otto/Kallen's trajectory of life, holding Sirin from destroying everything before they pulled a nuke and Kiana literally would be dead since Ch. 11EX without her, also responsible for training Kiana & helping her out of trauma as well as stopping Sa's plan One could say she's pretty much the unspoken protagonist of the whole HI3 lores from PE up to part 1.5
